COLUMBIA TECH CENTER
The Columbia Tech Center is a 400 acre plus "master planned" mixed-use development planned to accommodate over 2.5 million square feet of space to include light industrial, flex, office and commercial space in a campus configuration. Columbia Tech Center is strategically located in east Clark County, Washington within minutes of the rapidly growing high tech community, as well as I-5, I-205, Portland International Airport, and Portland, Oregon.
Columbia Tech Center will be constructed in phases to meet market demand. In addition to the two existing Class A, 71,365 square foot, 3-story office buildings, Phase 1 will include another 4-story Class A office building and up to five flex/office buildings immediately east of the office building. CTC has recently constructed two of these flex/office buildings. Additionally, CTC has begun construction of several commercial/retail buildings at the intersection of S.E. 164th and 15th streets. These commercial buildings will include a bank, restaurants and other service amenities useful to tenants of Columbia Tech Center.
Current Columbia Tech Center tenants include: Electric Lightwave Inc., Labtec Corporate, Wacom Technology Co. Corporate, Novellus, Dynex, Trackmate, American Express, Chase Manhattan, and Keybank.
