Riverview Tower

A walk through the building is like stepping into a time machine. Elements of the past, combined with modern technology, make Riverview Tower a feast for the senses.

From Washington Street, columns stretching skyward, capped by elaborate molding, and a fountain surrounded by foliage from an English garden take viewers back to a different era.

Welcoming visitors through the revolving doors of the main lobby are white columns, granite floors faced with marble, and ceiling embellishments that hint of Roman antiquity.

While the external appearance may be classical, many elements of the design incorporate the latest in modern building technology.

Comfort security and luxury are just a few words that describe the residential units in Riverview Tower.

Modern glazing, heating, ventilation and lighting were all selected for energy efficiency and the comfort of occupants. A state of the art computerized card-key security system and a speedy elevator exclusively for tenants guarantee safety and efficiency. Professional on-site management ensures convenience and security.

Residential units are on the fifth and sixth floors, ranging from 650 to 1,700 square feet. Each unit meets Class "A" standards, with hard-wood entries, generous use of tile throughout, high ceilings and French doors leading out onto balconies.

Attention to detail has been rigorously kept in all aspects of the development, from the initial concept the quality of workmanship of each craftsman.

Residents are treated to classical luxury. Restored antique chandeliers hang from the lobby ceiling. Intricate, old-fashioned molding and scrolling along the upper walls and ceiling of the lobby were painted by Ukrainian artist Vladmir Vgaiddamaka.

The touches of opulence continue throughout the residential units with custom dyed carpets match smooth, richly painted walls. Old-fashioned bathrooms features and tiling combined with sleek, modern kitchen cabinets and appliances, reaffirming both the classical and modern lines seen throughout the building.
